Jennifer is simply impressive. I recently worked with her on the sale of my downtown condominium and the experience with her was extremely positive and stress free. She is professional and knowledgeable about the industry and the market. With every sale comes stressful negotiations and preparation, but in working with Jennifer her knowledge and guidance made the experience pleasurable.
Prior to listing the property, she kept me updated on the market months in advance to ensure I was kept up to date in order for us to determine when was the best time to sell and at what market value of the property. We met various times to discuss and prepare for the sale, having her provide me marketing advice in setting up my property for showing.
